This spacious apartment is in the heart of the quaint village of Simonstown overlooking the naval base and False Bay beyond. Beaches, Cape Point, shopping and great restaurants are all within walking distance. I love the stressed brick walls and the obvious fun the owners had decorating with interior designer Floris Marais – hot pinks, gold bathrooms, mirrors, jukebox.

The pool area and decks will be stunning in the summer heat and the apartment is fabulous for the whole family entertainment – the old fashioned Victorian exterior belies this quirky modern interiors with its wide spaces, wide French oak floorboards and huge window features. I just love the long circular couch and the city loft feel !
