the fields have been ploughed, prepared for new seeds to produce feeding hay & lucerne and our vegetable garden has new sprouts of spinach, onions, cauliflower and broccoli to add to the existing array of cherry tomatoes, leeks, carrots, aubergines, artichokes . We hope to incorporate in our kitchen and are looking at re-introducing traditional hearty meals for our in-house guests - home grown fare.

Hawksmoor House is recharging its fields and veggie gardens ....
