We love helping people plan their perfect holiday! It really helps our sales team find the right fit if they have the following information:
Dates – and if these are flexible please let us know.
Location – do you only want beach or are mountains your thing? Which areas appeal most? What’s your longest journey time from your starting point?
Guest numbers – how many adults, how many kids and their ages. If kids are little can they swim? (If not we won’t send you where the pool has no net.)
Budget – Tell us and we promise to give you a range. “Would prefer to spend no more than R5K a night but could push it for something really special” is SUCH helpful information!
We LOVE receiving our guests feedback, the good, the bad (though hopefully not the ugly!) We genuinely appreciate it when guests take the time to let us know what worked and what needs changing. Since we pride ourselves on providing excellent service, every member of the Perfect Hideaways team constantly looks for ways to improve this. Good news swells our heads and motivate us to new heights, bad news helps us understand where we can improve and motivates us to be more diligent.
